About the role

What you’ll do
- Draft and review legal documentation for equities and enterprise matters
- Provide legal advice on institutional equities and enterprise issues
- Prepare and update firm policies and procedures
- Collaborate with Group Legal/Compliance on regulatory matters
- Liaise with internal departments and affiliates
- Coordinate with external counsel and service providers
- Deliver legal training to firm staff
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in law
- Qualified in a common law jurisdiction
- ~9 years legal experience
- Experience with financial institutions or law firms
- In-depth knowledge of equities and brokerage
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Team player with independent work capability
- Excellent English communication
