The Senior Legal Counsel leads drafting, negotiation, and risk mitigation for procurement, clinical, commercial, and business development contracts worldwide. They champion AI adoption, build global templates, and advise on regulatory compliance in life sciences. Based in Hyderabad, India, the role is on-site with hybrid flexibility.
