About the role
Power and Signal Conversion Business Group at Nexperia designs power, analog and interface ICs. The Senior Layout Engineer creates transistor‑level analog and mixed‑signal layout blocks, manages the layout queue, mentors contract resources, and collaborates with process, packaging and IP teams to deliver world‑class products. Bangalore, on‑site, relocation available.
What you’ll do
- Design transistor‑level analog and mixed‑signal layout blocks
- Manage layout design queue and project timelines
- Guide and mentor contract layout engineers
- Document designs and collaborate with design/layout/process teams
- Interface with process, packaging and IP leaders
- Contribute to product definitions and innovative design patents
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years analog/mixed‑signal layout design
- Bachelor or Master in Electrical Engineering
Nice to have
- Virtuoso/Virtuoso‑XL layout tools
- Calibre/Assura parasitic extraction
- SKILL programming for Pcell development
- Digital place‑and‑route (plus)
- Knowledge of semiconductor processes and packages
- Strong time management and mentorship skills
