About the role

Branch Banking team at Axis Bank drives retail customer engagement and deposit mobilization. The Branch Relationship Officer provides financial solutions, cross‑sells bank products, and manages a portfolio of existing customers while processing transactions and ensuring compliance. Chalisgaon branch, on‑site work model, with occasional customer visits and referral generation activities.

What you’ll do

• Provide financial solutions and cross‑sell retail banking and third‑party products
• Engage existing customers to increase deposits and product uptake
• Process customer transactions and service requests within TAT
• Achieve monthly business budgets and generate referrals
• Promote bank products through marketing activities and customer visits
• Maintain accurate CRM entries of customer interactions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements
• Participate in bank‑wide initiatives and training programs

What you’ll bring

• 2-4 years experience
• Knowledge of KYC and AML regulations
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service and communication
• Attention to detail in cash handling
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
• Proficiency in English and local language
