About the role

Retail team at Vodafone Store responsible for driving store performance and customer satisfaction. Manages store processes, stock availability, revenue per footfall, profitability targets, and loss minimization while coaching and training store executives. Bangalore location, on-site work model.

• Maintain stock availability and optimize product placement
• Increase revenue per footfall and achieve profitability targets
• Minimize pilferage and shrinkage losses
• Coach and train store executives to improve retention and performance
