Must be proactive, organized, and able to communicate across business and technical stakeholders.
What you’ll do
- Lead architect & delivery owner for strategic customer implementations.
- Design end‑to‑end solutions on Lyric platform.
- Conduct discovery, design workshops, and customer sessions.
- Build composable workflows, models, and business logic.
- Troubleshoot issues, validate results, ensure technical quality.
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and data teams.
- Apply AI tools to accelerate delivery and improve solutions.
- Maintain documentation, risk, and dependency visibility.
