About the role
Analog Devices Product Applications team develops reference designs and technical collateral for mixed‑signal semiconductor solutions. The engineer evaluates, characterizes, and validates products, creates application tools, and supports customers and field teams with troubleshooting and performance optimization. Bangalore, India, hybrid (on‑site as needed).
What you’ll do
- Evaluate, characterize, and validate semiconductor products and reference platforms
- Develop customer‑facing application collateral, software tools, and reference designs
- Support customer and field application teams in resolving technical issues
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams throughout product development lifecycle
- Drive root‑cause analysis, debug, and performance optimization activities
- Contribute to technical reviews, documentation, and knowledge‑sharing initiatives
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years industry experience
- Proficiency in C and Python
- Hands‑on hardware design, debugging, validation
- Experience with mixed‑signal and embedded systems
- Familiarity with lab equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, etc.)
- Knowledge of ARM microcontrollers and SPI/I²C/UART interfaces
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
