Senior Product Manager, SaaS Applications Protection & Cyber Recovery

About the role

Product Management team at Commvault drives the SaaS Applications Protection & Cyber Recovery portfolio. The role defines vision, strategy and roadmap for protecting enterprise SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Slack and DevOps tools, and leads cross‑functional execution from concept through launch. Based in Bangalore or Hyderabad, on‑site work with occasional travel to customer sites and partner events.

What you’ll do

  • Define and execute product vision, strategy and roadmap for SaaS protection and recovery
  • Partner with engineering to design scalable cloud‑native protection services
  • Collaborate with UX/UI to create intuitive user experiences
  • Gather market, customer and competitive insights to inform roadmap
  • Develop business cases, GTM plans and messaging for new capabilities
  • Work with sales, alliances and customer success to drive adoption and revenue

What you’ll bring

  • 7+ years product management experience
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice to have

  • SaaS data protection or cyber resilience product ownership
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Slack, Microsoft 365)
  • Backup, disaster recovery or cyber recovery expertise
  • Cloud‑native architecture and API design knowledge
  • Familiarity with Azure, AWS or Google Cloud ecosystems
  • Experience launching SaaS subscription products
