About the role

Demand-Side Platform (DSP) Data Engineering team at InMobi builds real-time data pipelines and backend services that power bidding intelligence, audience targeting, and campaign analytics. The Tech Lead will design and deliver batch and streaming pipelines, manage the data lakehouse, and architect microservices for bid shading, pacing, and reporting while mentoring engineers and collaborating with product and ML teams. Lucknow, India, on-site, full-time role with relocation assistance.

What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end data pipelines for bid requests and analytics
• Build and maintain data lakehouse and real-time analytical databases
• Architect DSP backend microservices and data contracts
• Set standards for API design, reliability, and observability
• Lead architecture reviews and mentor engineering team
• Collaborate with ML engineers on feature generation and model serving
• Drive FinOps discipline and data governance
• Partner with product and growth functions

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years software engineering
• 4+ years data engineering
• experience with Kafka, Flink or Spark
• SQL at petabyte scale
• Python and/or Java/Scala
• Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines
• knowledge of RTB ecosystem
