About the role

The Senior Software Engineer IV designs and delivers complex .NET Core features, APIs and microservices, mentors junior engineers, and leverages AI tools like Copilot for code generation and documentation. What you’ll do
- Own end‑to‑end development of medium to large features
- Design components, APIs, workflows and reusable utilities
- Write high‑quality, secure, scalable, well‑tested code
- Perform debugging, performance tuning and root‑cause analysis
- Mentor Level 1 & 2 engineers through code reviews
- Participate in Agile estimation, refinement and sprint planning
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment readiness
- Use AI tools for design improvements, code generation and documentation
What you’ll bring
- 9+ years software development
- Expertise in .NET Core / MVC
- Design and implement REST APIs and microservices
- SQL query writing and optimization
- Experience with Azure, AWS or GCP
- Proficient with AI coding assistants (Copilot, ChatGPT)
- Mentoring junior engineers
