Business Process Expert ICO ICT Reporting

About the role

Enterprise Transformation Programme – the multi‑year initiative modernising Haleon's business with SAP S/4HANA. The Business Process Expert partners with process owners to design, govern and continuously improve end‑to‑end ICO/ICT reporting processes, driving transition from current to future state through workshops, documentation and change delivery. Works across global finance and trade teams, based in Bengaluru with hybrid collaboration across Poland sites, ensuring high‑quality, user‑centric processes and sustained benefit realisation.

What you’ll do

• Partner with Business Process Owners to define future‑state ICO/ICT reporting processes
• Facilitate workshops and gather stakeholder input for process design
• Document "as‑is" and "to‑be" processes, identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
• Drive governance decisions and communicate outcomes to stakeholders
• Support functional leaders in readiness assessments and change adoption
• Coordinate interim operating states with Business Continuity Manager
• Develop training and upskilling materials with Adoption team
• Monitor process performance KPIs and ensure compliance with controls

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years experience in complex global organisations, preferably Consumer Health or FMCG
• Strong analytical skills for complex process analysis
• Process design and improvement expertise
• Project management experience delivering process initiatives
• Governance and control framework knowledge
• Understanding of intercompany trade, VAT, hedging and cash flow policies
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA (advantage)
