About the role

Enterprise Transformation Programme at Haleon focuses on building an agile, efficient organization powered by SAP S/4HANA. The Business Process Expert partners with process owners to design, govern, and continuously improve end‑to‑end processes, driving transition from current to future state through strong governance and change delivery. Role based in Bengaluru with additional locations in Poznan and Warsaw, on‑site work model.

What you’ll do

• Partner with Business Process Owner to define future end‑to‑end process vision and roadmap
• Facilitate workshops and gather input to refine process designs
• Drive decisions through governance forums and ensure timely communication
• Support functional leaders in readiness assessment and change adoption
• Create documentation and training materials for new processes
• Manage interim operating states and transition to permanent processes
• Engage stakeholders to align priorities and ensure collaboration

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years experience in complex global organisations, preferably Consumer Health or FMCG
• S4HANA experience
