About the role

a. To drive the Agency business in for Travel business b. To monitor and drive Agency business of through:  Agency Recruitment  Agent Activation  Agent Productivity  Agent Engagement Matrix c. To drive the key agency matrix and uniformed practices across locations d. Achieve the top line and bottom line as per defined matrix e. Provide strategic inputs from geographical perspective and periodically review, design and implement plans f. Branch Manager will be responsible for handling 6 to 8 FLS g. MIS Reporting and Branch Handling

What you’ll do

• Drive agency business for travel insurance
• Monitor and drive agency recruitment, activation, productivity, and engagement
• Implement key agency metrics and uniform practices across locations
• Achieve top‑line and bottom‑line targets as defined
• Provide strategic geographic inputs and design implementation plans
• Oversee branch operations handling 6‑8 FLS and MIS reporting
