About the role
Branch Banking Team at Axis Bank, the face of the bank for millions of retail customers, drives deposit mobilization and customer engagement. As a Branch Relationship Officer you will provide financial solutions, cross‑sell banking and third‑party products, process transactions and promote digital channels while ensuring compliance and audit standards. Chennai, on‑site role with occasional teller duties and customer visits to acquire new accounts.
What you’ll do
- Provide financial solutions and cross‑sell bank products
- Process customer transactions and service requests within TAT
- Promote internet, mobile and WhatsApp banking channels
- Achieve monthly business budgets and generate referrals
- Handle customer queries ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Support audit requirements and achieve optimal ratings
- Participate in bank‑led training and certification programs
