About the role

LTSCT’s Chief Development Organization and Global Engineering team builds SoCs for automotive, industrial, energy and telecom applications. The Senior RTL Design Engineer delivers RTL for multiple projects, collaborates with system architects, verification, and other R&D teams to ensure robust, zero‑defect designs. Bengaluru, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Define high‑level specifications with system architects
• Develop and verify RTL using UVM methodology
• Collaborate with verification, digital IP, and validation teams
• Promote continuous improvement and zero‑defect design techniques
• Interface with SME’s across architecture, emulation, and software

What you’ll bring

• 4+ years RTL design experience
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
• Proficiency in Verilog/SystemVerilog and UVM testbench development
• Experience with AHB/AXI/CHI protocols and memory controllers
• Scripting skills in Perl,TCL or Python
