Senior Process Mapping and Management Analyst

About the role

EY’s Risk Analytics team seeks a Senior Analyst to drive process mapping and management initiatives across P2P, O2C, and logistics functions. The role involves documenting AS-IS/TO-BE workflows, establishing governance frameworks, and identifying automation opportunities using tools like BPMN and Visio. This position is based in multiple Indian locations including Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Hyderabad.

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end process modeling, capturing current-state workflows and designing future-state maps.
• Develop and maintain process repositories, including maps, SOPs, and control documentation.
• Support process governance frameworks, standardization, version control, and change management.
• Identify inefficiencies and control gaps through stakeholder discussions and walkthroughs.
• Drive optimization initiatives focusing on simplification, standardization, and automation readiness.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Support performance management by defining KPIs/KRIs and monitoring process health.
• Contribute to digital transformation by identifying automation opportunities (RPA/AI).

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline; BE/BTech/MCA required.
• 3–5 years of experience in business process mapping and management.
• Proficiency in BPMN 2.0, Visio, ARIS, or Signavio for process modeling.
• Experience with SOP creation, process governance, and control documentation.
• Strong analytical skills including root cause analysis and process improvement.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree preferred.
• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Prior involvement in internal audit and risk experience.
• Familiarity with RPA tools (UI Path, Automation Anywhere) and ML-assisted solutions.
