About the role

What you’ll do
- Develop and configure Loan Boarding System and related tools
- Create edit checks and mapping tables for seller/prior servicer data
- Analyze boarding error messages and implement remediation
- Perform testing for trial and production loads
- Document and communicate issues and solutions
- Coordinate data transformation with business units and external servicers
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
- Update procedures and optimize boarding processes
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years mortgage servicing experience
- SQL experience
- 4+ years LoanSphere Loan Boarding (LLB) experience
- MSP servicing system experience
- Advanced Excel and Access skills
- SharePoint proficiency
- Monarch and Adobe familiarity
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
