What you’ll do
- Develop Plant Layouts, Main Piping Layouts, and Pipe support using AutoCAD
- Perform Piping Stress Analysis using CAESAR-II software
- Apply piping design techniques, material and piping codes / standards
- Design piping per ASME standards
- Use standard tools including AutoCAD 2D, PDMS, Smart plant, Naviswork
- Collaborate and work collaboratively with other teams
- Interact with structural engineering team members
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 20+ years with Oil and Gas industry with added advantage of Upstream and Offshore facilities
- Fluent English written and oral communication / interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of piping design techniques, material and piping codes / standards
- Proficient in Piping Stress Analysis; able to analyse in CAESAR-II software
- Experienced in Piping Design as per ASME standards
- Hands-on Experience with AutoCAD in developing Plant Layouts / Main Piping Layouts/ Pipe support
- Experience with Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Nice to have
- Piping Stress Analysis certification is an advantage
- API certification is an advantage
- Exposure to project planning software/tools
- Experience with Share Point for document management
- Interaction with structural engineering team members
