What you’ll do

  • Lead full lifecycle machine design from concept to manufacturing
  • Architect electro‑mechanical integration and 3D wire‑harness routing
  • Conduct structural, thermal, and kinematic analyses including FEA and DFMEA
  • Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical design reviews
  • Collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing, and global teams to optimize DFM and assembly

What you’ll bring

  • 10+ years mechanical product design in capital equipment or semiconductor manufacturing
  • Expert-level Siemens NX (UG) solid modeling and assembly
  • Hands‑on wire‑harness routing using UG NX or similar tools
  • Deep knowledge of GD&T per ASME Y14.5 and SEMI standards
  • Experience with metals, ceramics, quartz, advanced plastics, machining, weldments, sheet metal
