About the role

What you’ll do
- Define long‑term storage architecture strategy and roadmap
- Develop technology standards for block, file, object, backup, and cyber recovery
- Lead architecture reviews and governance across programs
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and service lifecycle
- Mentor senior architects and drive innovation
- Manage vendor relationships and strategic sourcing
- Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with security and operations for resilience
What you’ll bring
- 15+ years infrastructure experience
- 10+ years enterprise storage focus
- 5+ years senior architect or product owner role
- Banking or regulated industry experience
