About the role

Credit Department at Muthoot FinCorp focuses on secured and unsecured lending. The Credit Officer conducts customer verifications, credit assessments, cash‑flow analysis, and prepares credit reports for the Credit Manager. Based in Alwar, on‑site role with standard office hours.

What you’ll do

• Meet customers at premises and conduct detailed verification
• Perform credit assessments using templates and report to Credit Manager
• Analyze cash flow and repayment ability
• Gather documentation for credit analysis
• Ensure compliance with underwriting procedures and maintain TAT
• Monitor delinquency triggers per product norms

What you’ll bring

• 1-5 years credit experience in unsecured micro/small ticket or business loans
• LAP credit experience
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
