About the role
Chief Interface Manager (System Integration) leads and coordinates all system integration activities for large-scale metro rail projects in India. The role ensures seamless interfacing among signaling, rolling stock, telecom, power supply, track, civil, MEP, and other disciplines. Responsibilities include developing interface management plans, facilitating technical meetings, reviewing interface documentation, monitoring progress, and supporting integration testing and commissioning. Candidates must hold a graduate degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering and possess over 20 years of experience in rail infrastructure projects, with proven expertise in system integration design and execution across multiple metro projects. This fixed-term contract position is based in Pune, Maharashtra, and requires on-site presence. The role offers an opportunity to drive critical interface solutions that enable efficient, reliable, and cost-effective metro rail operations.
What you’ll do
- Lead and coordinate system integration activities across all project disciplines
- Develop and manage interface management plans, processes, and schedules
- Facilitate regular technical meetings between stakeholders, designers, and contractors
- Review and approve interface documentation, specifications, and interface control documents
- Monitor progress and status of all interface-related activities, reporting risks, issues, and resolutions
- Support system integration testing and commissioning by coordinating interface verification, validation, and troubleshooting
What you’ll bring
- Graduate in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering

Nice to have
Experience in system integration design and execution of track works in at least two metro projects
