AI Delivery Manager

About the role

Weekday AI Client Delivery team drives enterprise AI transformation for customers. The AI Delivery Manager leads end‑to‑end delivery of LLM‑powered chatbots, voicebots, and conversational AI solutions, coordinating across product, engineering, and AI/ML teams. Role based in Bengaluru with on‑site work, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful AI project outcomes.

What you’ll do

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise AI projects including LLM‑powered chatbots and voicebots
• Translate business requirements into detailed project plans, roadmaps, and technical milestones
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, AI/ML, and Solution Architecture teams to ensure successful execution
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations
• Drive governance, quality assurance, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle
• Support customer onboarding, solution adoption, and post‑implementation success
• Mentor delivery professionals and contribute to process improvements

What you’ll bring

• 6-12 years of project or program management experience
• 1+ year delivering AI or Generative AI projects
• Strong client‑facing experience with enterprise customers
• Experience with chatbots, voicebots, virtual assistants, and conversational AI
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business or related field

Nice to have

• MBA, PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master or Agile certification preferred
• Experience with LLM platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini
• Understanding of Conversational AI architecture and enterprise AI implementations
• Experience delivering SaaS or cloud‑based enterprise software
