About the role
AI Managed Services team at Accenture delivers end‑to‑end AI/ML implementations across cloud platforms. The Service Delivery Manager leads offshore support, coordinates resources, ensures SLA compliance, and drives automation and continuous improvement for client projects. Based in Hyderabad, India, on‑site role with hybrid collaboration as needed.
What you’ll do
- Execute project tasks per SLA and quality standards
- Coordinate resources, maintain documentation and schedules
- Conduct status meetings and manage stakeholder communications
- Lead offshore support team and provide guidance
- Contribute to sales processes and RFP submissions
- Drive automation initiatives to reduce operational costs
- Implement continuous service improvement strategies
- Manage major incident resolution and communication
What you’ll bring
- 12+ years experience in data and AI project management
- Hands‑on Java, Python or R
- Experience with MySQL, Oracle or MongoDB
- Proficiency in AWS, GCP or Azure
- Familiarity with Databricks, Spark, Snowflake
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- PMP, PRINCE2 or ITIL certification preferred
- Exposure to GenAI applications
