About the role
Managed Services team at EY drives AI-first managed service solutions for global clients. The AI Solution Architect designs end‑to‑end AI architectures, builds AI‑driven productivity models, and leads POCs and rapid prototyping across LLMs, NLP, RAG and predictive analytics. Pune, India, on‑site role with hybrid collaboration across global delivery centers.
What you’ll do
- Lead end‑to‑end AI solutioning for large Tech Managed Service RFPs/RFIs
- Define AI‑driven productivity commitments and automation roadmaps
- Develop AI‑integrated operating models and commercial business cases
- Design AI architectures across LLMs, NLP, RAG, knowledge graphs and predictive analytics
- Create sector‑specific AI research papers and thought leadership
- Collaborate with deal architects, super‑region leaders and client partners
- Lead POCs, MVPs and rapid prototyping initiatives
- Perform AI maturity assessments and token cost estimations
What you’ll bring
- 15+ years consulting, pre‑sales and managed services experience
- Engineering graduate; post‑graduation in AI/ML
- Certified Solution Architect and Enterprise Architect
- Expertise in AI platforms (Azure AI, GCP Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock) and automation tools
- Deep knowledge of LLMs, NLP, GenAI, RAG, prompt engineering
- Experience designing AI‑integrated operating models and ROI/TCO narratives
- Proficiency in data engineering (SQL, ETL, streaming)
- Understanding of enterprise security, compliance and responsible AI
