AI Delivery Manager - Revenue Cycle Management

About the role

AI Delivery Manager at 2070 Health leading end‑to‑end RCM automation programs using Contiinex’s agentic AI platform. Drives large‑scale deployments across eligibility, prior authorization, claims, AR follow‑ups, denials, and payment posting, ensuring HIPAA and CMS compliance while measuring ROI and cost‑to‑collect optimization. Works closely with provider leadership, payer stakeholders, and internal product and engineering teams to translate operational requirements into scalable AI solutions. Bengaluru, India, on‑site, 3 days per week.

What you’ll do

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise RCM automation programs
• Lead large‑scale deployments across multiple RCM workflows
• Manage complex integrations with EHR/PM systems, payer portals, clearinghouses, telephony platforms, and enterprise data systems
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS guidelines, payer rules, and enterprise security standards
• Drive program governance, SLA management, risk mitigation, and executive stakeholder communication
• Measure and report business outcomes including automation ROI, AR improvement, denial reduction, and cost‑to‑collect optimization
• Partner with product and engineering teams to translate operational requirements into scalable AI solutions

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years in US Healthcare RCM
• Deep knowledge of front‑mid‑back RCM workflows
• Experience with EHR/PM systems (Epic, Cerner, Athena, NextGen)
• Hands‑on AI/automation delivery
• Strong client‑facing leadership
• HIPAA‑compliant environment experience
• Knowledge of X12 EDI, HL7, FHIR
• Executive stakeholder communication
