About the role

WeWork India seeks a Senior Lead, Projects to drive capital improvement and commercial fit-out initiatives across its flexible workspace network. Based in Gurugram, this full-time role involves managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, from site identification to handover, while coordinating with cross-functional teams. The position requires on-site presence in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

What you’ll do

• Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and cost optimization
• Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholder communications and regulatory compliance
• Implement quality control measures to ensure deliverables meet established standards
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to achieve milestones

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or similar discipline
• 6-8 years of experience in large-scale fit-out and capital improvement projects
• Sound knowledge of MEP services and construction methodologies
• Proven track record in project management within the construction sector

Nice to have

• Master's degree or professional certification is a plus
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Ability to travel to various project sites across India as required
