The Customer Care Executive builds positive connections, resolves issues, and drives revenue through renewals and upselling. Based in Kolkata with an on‑site work model, the role focuses on customer contact management, coordination with stakeholders, and meeting KPI targets.

• Maintain effective customer contact management
