About the role

Financial Services division at Aditya Birla Capital drives gold loan growth across Uttar Pradesh. The Area Head leads multiple branch heads, executes regional strategy, ensures portfolio quality, compliance and profitability. Uttar Pradesh, on-site, full-time role with relocation assistance.

What you’ll do

• Define and execute area gold loan strategy
• Oversee P&L, AUM growth and disbursement targets
• Ensure compliance with RBI and internal policies
• Monitor portfolio quality, GNPA and fraud incidence
• Lead branch performance improvement and new branch rollout
• Build and maintain relationships with internal IT, marketing, risk and external customers
• Develop and mentor branch managers and staff
• Drive operational governance and regulatory adherence

What you’ll bring

• 6-8 years experience in loan portfolio management
• Proven leadership of branch heads and distributed teams
• Strong knowledge of RBI and regulatory compliance for NBFCs
• Track record of achieving AUM and disbursement targets
• Experience in risk management and fraud prevention
• Ability to drive profitability and cost discipline
• Strategic planning and business plan development
• Stakeholder management across internal and external partners
