About the role

What you’ll do
- Define and execute regional gold loan strategy
- Lead and mentor multiple branch heads and staff
- Monitor portfolio performance and risk metrics
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
- Drive profitability through cost discipline and revenue growth
- Oversee branch expansion and new branch setup
- Manage fraud prevention and collateral safety
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product and marketing initiatives
What you’ll bring
- 5-10 years experience in financial services
- Proven leadership of branch networks
- Strong P&L and profitability management
- Expertise in portfolio quality and risk management
- Regulatory compliance knowledge (RBI guidelines)
- Ability to drive AUM and disbursement growth
- Experience in building stakeholder relationships
