About the role

What you’ll do

• Offer and cross‑sell retail banking and third‑party products
• Achieve monthly business budgets and generate new customer referrals
• Engage existing customers to increase deposits and product uptake
• Process customer transactions and service requests within TAT
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and audit requirements
• Maintain CRM entries and complete mandatory certifications

What you’ll bring

• 5-8 years experience in banking
• Knowledge of KYC and AML regulations
• Proven sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
