DevOps, MLOps & GenAI Platform Owner (IC)

About the role

HPE Operations is the innovative IT services organization driving digital transformation for customers. As a DevOps, MLOps & GenAI Platform Owner you will own production systems, build CI/CD and MLOps pipelines, deploy and tune GenAI models, and lead automation and AI quality initiatives. This role is based in Bengaluru, India with a hybrid work model (2 days onsite per week).

What you’ll do

• Own production systems, manage incidents, SLAs and uptime
• Drive root‑cause analysis and eliminate recurring issues
• Improve observability, monitoring and reliability
• Build and optimize CI/CD, MLOps and GenAI pipelines
• Deploy and tune ML/GenAI models and manage data pipelines
• Ensure scalable infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes and cloud services
• Own and govern RPA platforms, fixing bot failures and improving resilience
• Collaborate with business, analytics and engineering teams to translate requirements and report status

Nice to have

• Experience with Jenkins, GitLab or Azure DevOps
• Proficiency in Azure, Docker and Kubernetes
• Programming skills in Python, Java or Selenium
• Hands‑on with RPA tools such as WorkFusion, UiPath or Automation Anywhere
• Knowledge of GenAI concepts like RAG and prompt engineering
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Spark or Airflow
• Experience in production support, incident management and ITIL processes
• Experience building data pipelines and integrating systems such as SAP, ServiceNow or SharePoint
