DevOps/MLOps Specialist

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies seeks a DevOps/MLOps Specialist in Bengaluru to design and implement end-to-end MLOps and LLMOps pipelines for large language models. The role involves automating model deployment, managing CI/CD workflows, and optimizing performance in cloud environments. This full-time position requires 5+ years of experience and is based on-site in India.

What you’ll do

• Lead design and implementation of end-to-end MLOps and LLMOps pipelines from development to monitoring
• Develop automation for model deployment ensuring scalability and cost-effectiveness for LLMs
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for ML and LLM models in production
• Build data pipelines and workflows using tools like Kubeflow, Airflow, or MLflow
• Create robust monitoring systems for tracking model performance and reliability
• Optimize deployed model performance focusing on cost, speed, and accuracy including hardware acceleration
• Maintain version control, governance, and model lifecycle management
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate LLMs into scalable systems

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in MLOps
• 2+ years working specifically with LLMOps pipelines for large language models
• Proven experience deploying and optimizing ML models in cloud environments at scale
