Senior GTM Operations Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role
Senior GTM Operations Business Intelligence Analyst on the GTM Analytics team, driving strategic decision‑making through trusted insights. Owns the reporting framework, KPI governance, and analytics requirements across the GTM technology ecosystem, designing scalable Power BI solutions and ensuring data consistency. Collaborates with Revenue, Marketing, Finance, and Data Engineering teams in a fast‑paced SaaS environment. Remote, India, with flexible working arrangements.
What you’ll do
- Own and evolve the Go‑to‑Market reporting framework and KPI definitions
- Translate business questions into reporting requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Act as Product Owner for reporting initiatives, managing backlogs and stakeholder alignment
- Design and oversee scalable Power BI reporting solutions on governed datasets
- Establish and maintain data governance standards across leads, accounts, and opportunities
- Monitor data quality, investigate discrepancies, and resolve integration issues
- Document KPI definitions, data lineage, and operating procedures
- Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, Finance, Business Systems, and Data Engineering teams
What you’ll bring
- 7+ years in Revenue, Sales or Marketing Operations or Business Intelligence within SaaS
- 5+ years designing and maintaining automated Power BI dashboards
- Strong expertise in SQL, DAX, Databricks, Power BI
- Deep understanding of KPI design, dimensional data modeling, and reporting governance
- Experience translating business needs into detailed reporting requirements and user stories
- Stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools and GTM platforms such as Clari, Outreach, ZoomInfo, HubSpot
