About the role

What you’ll do
- Servicing branch customers and maintaining audit‑compliant operations
- Executing area mapping, cold calls and BTL activities to meet acquisition targets
- Completing accurate AOF/KYC and ensuring error‑free CKYC submission
- Cross‑selling insurance/investments and activating digital banking for new customers
- Managing assigned portfolio for balances, usage and service requests within TAT
