The Lead Engineer explores AI/ML CAD techniques, prototypes solutions, and collaborates with architecture, IP, SoC and verification teams to improve power, performance, area and quality of results. What you’ll do
- Explore and evaluate AI/ML methods (GenAI, reinforcement learning, graph neural networks, CNNs) for VLSI design
- Develop prototype automation solutions and integrate them into ASIC design flows
- Collaborate with architecture, IP, SoC and verification teams across sites
- Drive digital‑transformation initiatives to improve design efficiency and quality
- Pilot automation on real SoC projects and provide technical guidance
What you’ll bring
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field
- 6+ years of software development experience
- Proficiency in Python and C++
- Unix/Linux experience
- Git or BitBucket version control
