About the role

Project Head leads all aspects of construction project operations for Adani Group's NMDPL, driving strategic planning, execution, and cross-functional team management to deliver large‑scale infrastructure on time and within budget. The role oversees budgeting, vendor management, quality and safety compliance, and introduces technology innovations to boost efficiency. Mumbai, India, on-site, relocation available.

What you’ll do

• Lead strategic project planning and long‑term strategy development
• Oversee pre‑construction activities including design approval and feasibility analysis
• Manage execution, budgeting, and cost control across projects
• Coordinate architects, consultants, and contractors, handling contracts and negotiations
• Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance through audits and controls
• Introduce technological innovations to improve construction efficiency
• Develop and lead cross‑functional teams, fostering capability building

What you’ll bring

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management

Nice to have

20+ years construction project management experience
