About the role
Applied Technology & Operations for Markets (ATOM) builds a multi‑client processing platform that delivers trade processing and treasury services via cloud‑hosted architectures. The Capital Markets Operations Associate will manage lease administration, property accounting, month‑end close, and financial reporting tasks while collaborating with internal teams and supervisors. Bengaluru, on-site role with rotational shifts as needed.
What you’ll do
- Ensure lease compliance, abstract documents, track critical dates and rent payments
- Perform month‑end close procedures, reconcile balance sheets and income statements
- Analyze rental revenue, recoveries, and expense classifications
- Prepare bank reconciliations and monthly/quarterly financial reports
- Provide timely reports and audit documentation
