About the role

Applied Technology & Operations for Markets (ATOM) at Accenture delivers multi‑client processing services for capital markets. The specialist ensures lease compliance, manages critical dates, tracks rent payments, performs property accounting close, and conducts CRE underwriting and valuation analysis using Excel and Argus. Bengaluru, on‑site role focusing on financial reporting, risk analysis, and client relationship management.

What you’ll do

• Ensure lease compliance and manage lease documents
• Track critical dates and rent payments
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial and audit reports
• Perform property accounting close procedures
• Conduct CRE underwriting, market analysis, and loan reviews
• Build and maintain relationships with operations and asset management teams

What you’ll bring

• 7-11 years experience
• Asset Management and lease accounting
• Property accounting month‑end close
• CRE underwriting and valuation
• Proficiency in Excel and Argus
