About the role
Trade Confirmation & Settlement team at Accenture Capital Markets Operations ensures accurate confirmation, matching, and settlement of equity and fixed income trades. The Associate validates trade confirmations, performs matching and affirmation, resolves breaks, and supports end‑to‑end post‑trade lifecycle while adhering to risk controls. Bengaluru, on‑site, 100% RTO, night shift schedule (4 pm IST‑2 am IST).
What you’ll do
- Validate and process trade confirmations for equities and fixed income securities
- Perform trade matching and affirmation with brokers/counterparties
- Ensure timely confirmation via platforms or direct communication
- Follow up on unmatched or disputed trades to ensure closure within deadlines
- Communicate issues and escalate when needed
- Adhere to set procedures and complete required training
- Self‑starter, team player, motivated and energized
What you’ll bring
- BCom degree
- MBA/Commerce preferred
- 1-3 years experience in investment banking operations
- Night shift availability (4 pm‑2 am IST)
- 100% on‑site (RTO)
- Willing to work Indian holidays
