About the role
Finance Automation team at H&M Group builds scalable automation solutions for Finance processes. The RPA Developer designs, develops, and maintains UiPath automation frameworks, conducts testing, deployment, and supports hypercare activities. Bengaluru, India, on-site.
What you’ll do
- Design and implement end‑to‑end UiPath automation solutions
- Create and maintain reusable automation frameworks and documentation
- Perform unit, integration, and UAT testing and support deployments
- Collaborate with business stakeholders in solution design workshops
- Manage platform administration, upgrades, and infrastructure optimization
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Drive adoption of new UiPath features and AI‑powered automation capabilities
- Support monitoring, logging, and governance of automation solutions
What you’ll bring
- 3-6 years RPA development experience
- Strong hands‑on UiPath Studio and Orchestrator expertise
- Experience with Azure cloud services
- Proficient in SQL and microservices integration
- Knowledge of Finance & Accounting processes (AP, AR, GL)
- Familiarity with SAP ECC/S/4HANA
- Experience integrating UiPath with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk)
- UiPath Advanced Developer Certification preferred
