The RPA Developer designs, develops, and operates Blue Prism bots end‑to‑end, collaborates with business analysts to gather requirements, creates PDD/SDD/OID documentation, and supports production deployments. What you’ll do

  • Gather requirements and design automation solutions
  • Develop and test Blue Prism bots
  • Collaborate with Ops team for deployment and production support
  • Conduct UAT with customers
  • Document processes and maintain RPA artifacts

What you’ll bring

  • 3-5 years Blue Prism RPA development
  • Developed 5+ medium‑complexity RPA use cases
  • Experience with DevOps model for bot development and operations
  • Created PDD, SDD, OID documentation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication

Nice to have

  • BS degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • 3+ Blue Prism certifications
