About the role
Branch Operations at Axis Bank oversees all branch activities, driving deposit mobilization and customer engagement. The Branch Head leads daily operations, product sales, lending, and compliance while crafting growth plans with the Cluster Head to hit financial targets. Manages key customer relationships, staff performance, and risk, ensuring smooth, secure branch functioning in Indore.
What you’ll do
- Ensure efficient daily branch operations including lending, product sales and customer service
- Develop and execute growth plans with the Branch team to achieve top‑line goals
- Build and maintain relationships with top‑10% customers to generate sustained revenue
- Review reports and take proactive actions for profitable and ethical business
- Meet internal and external audit deliverables and ensure regulatory compliance
- Foster a performance‑oriented environment with high employee motivation
- Train staff on bank products, sales processes and policies
- Coordinate with cluster and other branches to achieve overall business objectives
What you’ll bring
- Graduate or MBA (Marketing) preferred
- NCFM certification
- AMFI certification
- 10-15 years BFSI experience
