About the role
Integrated Complementary Resource Centre (GCC) at WSP engineers detailed structural drawings in Revit and AutoCAD, ensuring BIM standards and mentoring junior staff. The Senior BIM Technician prepares structural detail and concept designs, enforces CAD standards, automates productivity routines, and provides quality control. Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, hybrid work model with occasional onsite collaboration.
What you’ll do
- Prepare structural detail and concept design drawings
- Maintain and enforce Revit and CAD standards
- Create and maintain software template files
- Automate routines to support productivity
- Provide quality control for drawings
- Develop and enforce BIM documentation and workflow standards
- Mentor and coach junior team members
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years Revit experience
- Proficient with Revit Structures, AutoCAD, Navisworks
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project)
- Fluent English with technical terminology
- Experience managing multiple projects and early-stage design
- Good Windows environment skills
- Ability to mentor junior team members
