About the role

Workday Professional Services Automation (PSA) IT Products Team at Huron is focused on optimizing the Workday PSA platform to support project delivery and revenue recognition. As a Finance Associate, you will configure, maintain, and test PSA, manage ServiceNow tickets, build reports, and support data loads, while gradually taking ownership of PSA functionality. The role is based in Bangalore, India – Outer Ring Road, with a hybrid work model allowing onsite and remote collaboration.

What you’ll do

• Support senior PSA developers with configuration tasks
• Assist regression testing for bi-annual releases
• Triage and resolve PSA-related ServiceNow tickets
• Execute security role assignment changes
• Perform mass data maintenance and year-end support
• Build and enhance Workday PSA reports
• Manage system validations and controls
• Configure alerts and notifications

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3-5 years experience with ERP systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in Excel data manipulation
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Exposure to Workday PSA and reporting
• Experience with EIBs for mass updates
• Knowledge of system configuration and rule-based logic
