About the role

At Crocs, Inc., the Store Manager leads a dedicated team of store associates and leaders to create an exceptional consumer experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include driving sales, delivering outstanding customer service using the C.H.A.R.M service model, maintaining visual presentations, and developing talent within the store. The role is based in Greater Noida, UP, India and is on-site, requiring availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M service model
  • Lead the store team in surpassing performance metrics including sales, consumer service, and charms
  • Apply analytical thinking and company reporting to find opportunities within the store, empowering the team to make strategic decisions
  • Lead visual presentation, product flow, replenishment, and operational standards throughout the store
  • Build a welcoming, inclusive environment that engages, promotes internal growth, and builds an external network of talent
  • Coordinate, delegate, prioritize, and meet store deadlines while ensuring effective follow-up on daily activities
  • Support team members in daily execution of retail operations including POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty programs, and cleanliness standards
  • Adhere to Crocs, Inc. Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures

What you’ll bring

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • 4+ years of total retail experience, preferably with previous Store Manager experience
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to challenge, empower, and drive team results
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to connect with store team members, operations managers, district managers, and corporate partners
  • Flexibility in work schedule including availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Analytical thinking and company reporting skills to find opportunities within the store
  • Ability to lead visual presentation, product flow, replenishment, and operational standards
  • POS system management and use proficiency
