About the role

Enterprise Application Architecture team at Iris Software drives enterprise‑wide application modernization and cloud‑native adoption. The Lead defines architecture strategy using ASP.NET Web API, Angular, and microservices, mentors engineers, and ensures security, scalability, and observability across platforms. Based in Noida, hybrid model with on‑site presence required, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Define and drive enterprise application architecture strategy
• Lead technical decisions on modernization, framework selection, and cloud adoption
• Architect distributed systems and API‑driven ecosystems
• Establish engineering standards, governance, and secure development guidelines
• Drive messaging and event‑streaming strategies using Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.
• Champion DevOps, CI/CD automation, and containerization practices
• Mentor and build high‑performing engineering teams
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to align engineering initiatives
