About the role

Iris Software seeks a Lead .NET Full Stack Engineer in Noida to drive enterprise application architecture and modernization. The role involves defining technical strategies for ASP.NET Web API, Angular, and microservices while establishing engineering standards and governance. This on-site position requires 8-10 years of experience leading scalable, secure distributed systems.

What you’ll do

• Define and drive enterprise application architecture strategy using ASP.NET Web API, Angular, and Microservices
• Lead strategic technical decisions related to application modernization and cloud-native adoption
• Architect distributed systems and API-driven ecosystems aligned with enterprise goals
• Establish engineering standards, governance practices, and secure development guidelines
• Drive enterprise messaging and event-streaming strategies using Kafka or other tools
• Drive implementation of non-functional requirements including scalability, security, and disaster recovery
• Lead architecture reviews and modernization initiatives ensuring future-ready application ecosystems
• Collaborate with leadership teams to align engineering initiatives with organizational strategy

What you’ll bring

• 8-10 years of experience
• ASP.NET Web API (REST APIs)
• .NET Application Security (OAuth2 + JWT + ASP.NET Identity + OWASP)
• Angular 14+ with Components & Design Patterns
• Microservices Architecture
• Kafka or similar messaging middleware
• OOPS Concepts and C#
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
