The .Net Fullstack Lead designs and builds end‑to‑end web applications, drives architecture decisions, and mentors the team on best practices. Based in India, the role is on‑site with a focus on high‑quality, scalable solutions.

What you’ll do

• Develop end‑to‑end web applications
• Lead architecture and design decisions
• Conduct code reviews and resolve comments
• Ensure performance tuning and efficient queries
• Implement unit and UI testing
• Adopt Agile/Scrum practices
• Mentor junior developers
• Maintain clean, scalable code
