About the role
Credentialing team at Neolytix ensures healthcare providers meet payer and regulatory standards through end‑to‑end credentialing and enrollment. The Senior Associate manages provider credentialing, re‑credentialing, CAQH profiles, and enrollment applications while generating status reports and resolving issues. Gurugram, India, onsite, 5‑day work week, 6 AM‑3 PM shift.
What you’ll do
- Manage end‑to‑end provider credentialing and re‑credentialing
- Submit and track enrollment applications with insurance payers
- Maintain accurate provider records and CAQH profiles
- Ensure compliance with payer and regulatory requirements
- Generate reports and provide status updates
What you’ll bring
- 4-5 years US healthcare credentialing experience
- Hands‑on with CAQH, NPI, PECOS, payer portals
Nice to have
- Strong knowledge of provider enrollment and credentialing processes
- Proficiency in MS Office and credentialing management tools
